I am gathering opinions to better understand the factors that contribute to the success of a user experience design team.

"Success" here relates to producing great design rather than to building a commercially strong business. It would be great to get your views to build up a picture from across the industry. The survey has 19 questions and should take around 30 minutes to complete.
