Foolproof, Europe's largest experience design specialist, has appointed Jonathan Culling as UX Director.
Jonathan will take responsibility for Foolproof's UX consultants and help develop new services to support the growth of their offering in the UK and Singapore, where they launched in September.
Having held senior UX roles previously at Foviance and DLKW, Jonathan has defined the customer experiences for world renowned brands including British Airways, IKEA, BT and Sky.
Previous projects include BA's Fare Explorer, one of the very first flexible flight booking systems, and later managing the team that produced Sky's online shop.
Jonathan was drawn to Foolproof's high aspirations. He said: 'I'm excited to be joining Foolproof at a time when the company is growing so rapidly and broadening its service offering. I look forward to helping continue the development of the UX team and help realise our ambitious vision.'
