Foolproof, an experience design agency, has been recognised in The Sunday Times 'Best Small Companies to Work For' 2013, ranking 19th overall, and achieving Top 10 scores for Leadership (90%) and employees feeling proud to work for the company (95%).
This is the second consecutive year the company has been recognised, rising 57 places from its 2012 rating of #76, after being awarded the maximum 3 star 'extraordinary' status in this year's survey.
Since being listed for the first time last year, Foolproof has become a global business, establishing an office in Singapore.
Foolproof specialises in evidence-based design, involving real customers in the design process to create new experiences across all digital channels, and works with some of the world's biggest brands such as HSBC, Shell, easyJet, Nationwide, Domino's Pizza and Unilever in more than 20 markets worldwide.
The Sunday Times survey revealed that employees felt excited about where the co mpany is going (93%), and that their work at Foolproof makes a positive difference in the world (83%).
