We're on the lookout for a User Researcher Manager to Join a growing UX team in Central London.

This company is a leading financial client who are looking for both User Researchers and a User Research Manager for their new research team.

You will be able to work in the brand new Labs with a new team and bring in new ways of working.

Day-to-day tasks:

  • Usability Testing
  • Responsible for running of the new Lab & it's facilities
  • Responsible for managing and growing the team
  • Conduct user research
  • Feedback clearly to your team in order to improve Design
  • Present and communicate research and analysis clearly and effectively to stakeholders
  • Create usability templates and guidelines, best practices and research documentation
  • Actively improve on the teams current research methods
  • Be proactive in supporting the whole UX team with User Research and push Research as a key part of the team
  • Facilitate company-wide activities to build on current and future customers

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HCI/UX, Psychology, Research, or other related field
  • Extensive experience in User Research within a digital environment.
  • Experience in design-thinking methodology and workshop facilitation
  • Experience teaching research best practices within a corporate environment
  • Must have management experience
  • Must have hiring experience
