We're looking for Digital Marketing Executive to work with our financial client in London, supporting the Digital Communications team with planning, development, design, implementation, publication, and maintenance of all corporate digital and social media channels.

This is a 6 month contract with possible extensions, starting immediately.

You will be tasked with managing and maintaining monitoring & analytic services with third party providers and to report back to the business on the digital strategy.

You'll Interact with key internal and third party stakeholders to generate and review thought leadership content.

Additionally, you will be required to support the management of budget and contract processes, and to help create materials such as PowerPoint presentations and reports.

Key Tasks: 

  • To support senior colleagues on content development and delivery across all corporate digital channels 
  • Manage, plan, schedule and publi  sh content on corporate social media channels 
  • Manage and implement updates to digital web platforms using CMS 
  • Compile and format regular reporting emails for senior stakeholders 
  • Create & manage project plans, content calendars and PowerPoint presentations 
  • Drive engagement and traffic levels to key internal and external-facing digital platforms 
  • Maintain and update social and digital governance documentation 
  • Engage with local markets on digital and social media best practise 
  • Schedule and administer regular digital stakeholder meetings 
  • Support on management of budgets, procurement and contracts 
  • Assist in digital coverage and reporting on external conferences and events

Your Experience: 

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent digital media qualification 
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English 
  • Familiar with best practice in digital usability and readability 
  • Strong visual sense and interest in basic design principles 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to liaise with senior internal stakeholders 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines 
  • Able to demonstrate a keen interest in digital and social media for business 
  • Comfortable using a variety of CMS systems, and their common principles

Desirable Experience: 

  • Proficiency in several CMS systems and coding 
  • Experience of running a corporate social media account 
  • Project management experience 
  • Budget management £450-500 Per Day DOE
