We're working with an innovative and forward thinking agency in South-East London, who are actively looking to hire a UX/UI Designer to join the team on a permanent basis.

This is a Mid-Level position, where the right person will be able to start working within 1 months notice.

You'll be joining a Design team of 6 people in a flexible working environment, where strong design is essential to the companies success. You must be an excellent creative who can show the experience to own your own work, and work collaboratively with a strong team.

You will be:

  • Researching and staying ahead of UX/UI and innovative trends.
  • Customer facing - an advocate for the user, to internal and external clients, at all points in the design process.
  • Hard Working - you'll have flexible working hours, but we expect you to manage your time & always hit targets
  • An excellent communicator - you'll be challenged on your designs, so you must be able to clearly explain your decisions to both your colleagues and clients.

You will have:

  • A minimum 3 years of UX design experience
  • 3 years minimum experience designing native mobile applications
  • The ability to work on both UX and UI Designs
  • Good experience creating wireframes, User Journeys and User Interface Designs for Mobile products
  • The ability to lead discovery sprints
  • An excellent portfolio which fully illustrates your designs and processes. This is a must.

  • Interaction Design, UX and UI Design experience.
  • Degree educated in HCI, Interaction Design or another related field.
