We are currently searching for a permanent UX/UI Designer to join an expanding digital platform company where UX is at the centre of all of their product portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at the early stages of their journey with a number of their products now being introduced into the market.

Day to day you will be expected to contribute to concept generation, and present to stakeholders, facilitate workshops, provide UX leadership, define, and deliver against agreed timescales, execute UX/UI design work that adheres to best practice and provide knowledge and thirst to investigate, innovate and develop design using up-to-date technology trends.

Key requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, or HCI, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years work experience
  • Proven experience in UCD, human interface guidelines, standards, and best practices
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles
  • Ability to conduct competitors analysis and benchmarking
  • Running user testing of websites and applications
  • Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes
  • Experience working within a Scrum/agile delivery environment
  • Experience of designing digital services over web, mobile and social media
  • Proven ability to drive increase in audience engagement through design
  • Strong background in gathering business requirements and translating these into workflows, wireframes and sitemaps
  • Proficient with tools and applications such as Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to own and lead multiple projects
